Welcome to DrToye HMS ("the Platform"), a hospital management system operated by Neural Signal Corporation Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the DrToye mobile application, web portal, or any related services (collectively, "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or exhibit suspicious activity.
DrToye HMS provides the following services, among others:
By registering for the Service and providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive transactional communications from DrToye HMS via:
All SMS and voice call communications are strictly transactional — they are triggered by specific healthcare events relevant to your care. We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages.
Message frequency varies based on your healthcare activity. Typical patients may receive 3–5 SMS per appointment (reminders at 24 hours, 1 hour, and 30 minutes before, plus confirmation/status updates). You may also receive additional messages for lab results, prescriptions, billing, and other care events.
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. DrToye does not charge for SMS or voice calls, but your carrier may.
You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by:
Please note that opting out of notifications may affect your ability to receive important appointment reminders and healthcare alerts.
DrToye HMS may send SMS via a UK short code. The short code programme is governed by these Terms. Supported carriers include all major UK mobile networks.
We are committed to protecting your personal and health data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.
Key points:
Consultation fees, treatment costs, and other charges are set by individual Hospitals. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. DrToye does not store your full card details.
Cancellation and refund policies:
Video consultations are provided through the DrToye app. You must have a stable internet connection, a device with camera and microphone, and be in a quiet, private environment. Telemedicine is not a substitute for emergency medical services — in an emergency, call 999.
You agree not to:
All content, software, trademarks, and branding on the Platform are the property of Neural Signal Corporation Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written consent.
DrToye HMS is a technology platform that facilitates healthcare management. We are not a healthcare provider and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Healthcare Providers using the Platform are independently responsible for the care they deliver.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
